Named after the tallest point in Acadia National Park, our Cadillac Mountain campsite is a 3-minute, 325 foot hike from the parking area. This site is ideal for groups and families seeking a quiet, private camping area to smell the evergreen trees and ocean air just a minutes from the crashing waves along Acadia’s Schoodic Peninsula. The site has room for 1-2 tents, a campfire ring, hammock, and picnic table.
The Cadillac Mountain campsite at Acadia East Campground is the perfect destination for your family’s outdoor adventure to Acadia National Park.
Once you’ve made camp, take a leisurely nature walk around the grounds to identify trees, plants, and animals; or take your kayak, bike, or hiking shoes down the road into Acadia National Park’s Schoodic Woods region.
