At Acadia East Campground, we’re huge national park buffs. We love hiking, camping, and taking in the sights and sounds of our wild surroundings. It’s this obsession with nature’s perfection that inspired us to create the nation’s first self-serve commercial tent campground near Acadia National Park. Hidden in this otherwise simple tenting campground are nods to the park itself. Thunder Hole Campsite at Acadia East Campground is named for the popular attraction inside Acadia.
