Flying Mountain Trail is a dog-friendly trail located in southwest harbor. It is a 1.5-mile trail one way and has great trees around it. This trail connects to Valley Cove road which can make a loop back to the trailhead parking area. Parking is at the Flying Mountain Trailhead at Fernald Point Road.

Eagle’s Crag Loop Trail is a moderately trafficked trail near Seal Harbor. This trail is used more as an alternative route for a small section of the Cadillac South Ridge Trail. Duck Brook Connector is a lightly trafficked located near Bar Harbor. It is good for all skill levels and includes a small waterfall. Its close proximity to Bar Harbor makes it accessible all year long. Park at Acadia Inn or nearby in town.

Begins at the Isle au Haut Ranger Station on the remote island of Isle au Haut. The trail goes to the Duck Harbor Campground.
